There is a lot happening here at Geeks for Kids.  Our all-volunteer team is designing and building cars year-round to get kids with movement limitations racing.  And, our student teams are working with our pros to design and prototype yet more solutions to the challenges our kids face.  But, life is not all work.  We play a little too.  That’s what happens at our Guest Events.  We celebrate brilliant ideas, applaud our students’ accomplishments, cheer our recipients’ on during their first drives, and more.

Guest Events are open to all.  If you are a recipient or family member, a donor or sponsor, a prospective new student and his/her family, a media rep, or a newcomer wanting to get the lay of the land, then Geeks for Kids’ Guest Events are for you.   Here is what is happening this year:

• Delivery Days – At these events, we deliver custom, electric cars and other assistive devices to our kids and their families.  D-Days are the best days of our year – part fitting and testing, part Christmas morning on steroids.

• Wheels & Wishes – We invite our sponsors and donors, those interested in learning more and the media to share the joy of D-Day and hear our plan for the year ahead.
